Bimuelos
Bimuelos are a Sephardic specialty – a possible variation of bimuelos is the buñuelo, a fried dough often flavored with anise and shared around Latin America on special occasions. The bimuelos celebrate the miracle of the oil lamp when the menorah stayed lit for eight days.
