The Menorah, also known as the Hanukkah menorah, is one of the oldest and most sacred symbols of Judaism. The central part of the tradition of Hanukkah is the lighting of the Menorah and the burning of its candles. But what holds those candles for the festival of Hanukkah?

Olive oil, soybean oil, and other types of vegetable oil can be used to fill the oil lamps and give them their special glow.
